The go-to Mental Performance Consultant for the Ottawa Senators (NHL) for years, she supported Hockey Canada’s Women’s U18 National Team to 3 gold medals & a silver medal at the IIHF’s World Championships. 

She worked as Mental Performance Specialist for CANSOFCOM with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) and Manager of Programming and Advisor Lead for the Canadian Olympic Committee's Game Plan total athlete wellness program. With Equestrian Canada, she worked with athletes in jumping, dressage, and para-dressage in preparation for the 2017 World Equestrian Games (WEG) testing event. Noteworthy, she worked with the CFL’s Ottawa RedBlacks, supporting the team to a winning 2018 Eastern Finals Championship and Grey Cup appearance.

A graduate of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School (RWB), she enjoyed a 12-year career as a professional dance artist (stage, film, television, music videos, industrials, and sports entertainment), choreographer, teacher, and artistic director.

She developed a 3-year dance psychology curriculum for The School of Dance, which she taught for 11 years. She also does mental performance coaching and guest teaching with dancers and performing artists.
